Waste management can be a tedious and labour intensive exercise. Some strata blocks attempt to place their bins out for council collection themselves, and often squabble over frequency, rostering residents, availability and day of service.

Simply Cleaning offer a stress free, reliable service that not only ensures your bins are placed out and brought back following council collection each and every day, but we also ensure bin storage rooms are kept in a neat and tidy manner. Further we offer a bin cleaning service to assist in keeping bins looking and smelling fresh and free from odours.

If on the odd occasion council misses your bin service, we will contact council to advise and report back to the committee and strata manager on the recourse action offered by council.

Should we find that any of your household /recycle waste bins are damaged in any way, we will contact council and arrange repair/replacement as required. Again, we will report back to the committee and strata manager on the timeline offered by council.

During large scale council clean-ups, following consultation with the committee and strata agent, we can arrange to have large scale items taken to the kerb for collection. Depending on volume, additional fees may apply.

We understand how important Public Holidays are in our lives. From celebrating Australia Day, Anzac Day or Christmas Day, you can rest easy in the knowledge that we will not be on-site to disturb your rest or celebrations. Cleaning visits will be re-scheduled to a suitable alternate date.

Additionally, during public holidays days, if your building has bins that require to be put out for council collection or brought back in following council collection, our waste management services will not be disrupted.

Simply Cleaning’s grounds maintenance services ensure your buildings outdoor areas are neat and presentable at all times. Our scheduled lawn and garden care visits focus on providing a pleasing, aesthetic visual of the property. During our scheduled visits, Simply Cleaning will routinely check all interior and exterior lights if so requested by the committee and replace any faulty lights as required. Additionally, all light fixtures are cleaned during this process. Any faulty electrical issues are reported directly to the committee and strata agent alike with a recommended course of action.
