Our family run business established in 2004, has been built on a reputation of trust, reliability, excellent communication, quality work and consistent experienced staff.
We focus on exceeding client expectations in all aspects of our operations by delivering the highest level of professionalism, cleaning, workplace health and safety and customer service on a daily basis.
These values have allowed us to establish mutually rewarding, trusting, and long lasting relationships with all our strata agents, committees and clients. Testament to this is our increasing and extensive list of satisfied long-term customers.
All sites serviced by Simply Cleaning are regularly checked, ensuring our high standards for which we are known and respected, are always maintained. We are in regular contact with our clients including executive committees, strata agents, building managers etc. to ensure the scope of works remain relevant and suitable for each premises. Regular open communication means any special requests or building issues are addressed promptly and with ease.
Cleaning products and methods
Our preferred method of cleaning is with fibre technology, which removes dirt and bacteria with just water. Its performance is superior to other methods, its sustainable, environmentally friendly and safer for all of us – you as client, us as the operator, and our planet. Our preferred products are made by ENJO. Scientific testing has proven that ENJO clean 6 times better than conventional cleaning methods. And being in cleaning for over 15 years – we’ve tried almost all options available. If you’d like to know more about ENJO (it’s fantastic for your home too!), feel free to contact us.
However, some clients prefer us to use conventional cleaning methods, and that’s fine too – just let us know your preferences.
WHS/OHS
In addition to our service, we pride ourselves on providing a safe working environment for our employees, clients and the general public. We are a Trades Monitor Accredited company and comply with the current WHS/OHS standard, AS/NZS 4801:2001, and the relevant WHS/OHS State Act and Regulations.
Insurances
We are insured for Public Liability (coverage up to $20 million) and Workers Compensation.
